Description
Alliant Credit Union, the largest credit union in Illinois, is looking for a dependable and professional individual to join our In-bound Call Center. This individual will be empowered to handle and resolve issues involving member accounts via the telephone.
Responsibilities include:
- Explaining and answering inquiries, providing information pertaining to the Credit Union.
- Supporting Credit Union product offerings including checking accounts, plastic cards, electronic funds transfers, insurance and IRA's.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of policies, products and promotions.
- Evaluating members' financial needs and recommending appropriate Credit Union products.
Work is performed in a highly organized restrictive environment requiring extended periods of time at a fixed work position in answering telephone calls within established regulations, procedures, performance and productivity standards.

Requirements
High school graduate plus two years’ satisfactory work experience including public contact, general cashiering, clerical and typing skills. Financial institution experience a plus.
