Description

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the senior management team by proactively assisting in effective time and schedule management for busy executives.

Screens telephone calls and drop-ins and arranges callbacks and subsequent meetings as appropriate. Refers inquiries to the appropriate department. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail and other needs.


Serves as organizations contract administrator which includes the management of the contract approval and implementation process in accordance with the credit unions Contract Review and Third Party Vendor Management policies.


Performs activities associated with business travel arrangements, maintains ticket records and processes expense reports.


Prepares high level presentations (for internal and external audiences), drafts letters and general communication development and support.


Collects, compiles, and inputs data and information in order to produce reports and presentations. Responsible for the development of the first draft of the Board of Directors materials for supported functions.


Coordinates and plans meetings inside and outside the company. Acts as staff meeting liaison by scheduling staff meetings and developing/distributing staff meeting minutes and reports. Sets up computer equipment for meetings.

Requirements

Requirements:

High School graduate (college preferred) and minimum four years of experience working in an administrative role and supporting one or more senior executives; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent customer service, organization and follow up skills. Must be able to work independently. Experience working in a financial institution preferred.

Exceptional proficiency and higher-end mastery
of all Windows based applications including
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Access.
