Manager, ATM & Plastic Card Operations

Alliant Credit Union, the largest credit union in Illinois, is searching for an experienced manager to oversee our ATM and Plastic Card (credit/debit)Operation.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for continual process improvement and streamlining efficiencies.
Ensures Service Level Agreements are met for both internal and external customers/members.
Responsible for management of vendor partners relationship(s) to ensure optimum customer service, quality, accuracy and responsiveness.
Product Development and Support: Supports the operational implementation of new products, enhancements to existing products/channels, with direct interaction with IS staff to facilitate host processor interfaces related to card processing.
Provides quarterly summary of trends related to all areas of each program.
Stays updated on industry product development, as well as state and federal regulation changes/updates.
Collaborates w/ Member Communications and Consumer Lending departments to assist in the development, pricing and strategies of each program.
Develops and produces key management reports to minimize Credit Union risk and maintain compliance.
Personnel Management: Supervises and develops all staff using performance management policies and expectations.
Responsible for hiring, monitoring and evaluation of performance both formally and informally on a consistent and regular basis.
Establishes and effectively communicates expectations.
Provides opportunities for staff to increase and improve their knowledge and skills through training, vendor support and industry events/conferences.
Collaborates with staff to prioritize projects and duties effectively.
Recognizes and implements corrective action when required with appropriate follow-up as needed, including termination when necessary.

Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field and minimum of 3-5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience in a financial institution or industry card processor.
Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Must have experience in Project Management.
Must be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, while providing direction and support to all direct reports and internal customers.
