Description
Alliant Credit Union, the largest credit union in Illinois, is seeking a results-driven plastic card representative who is responsible for all operational aspects of the VISA credit and debit card portfolio. Supervision is provided by the Supervisor of Plastic Card Operations.
Duties include:
Operations: Duties include responsibility for online account maintenance in various operating platforms related to debit, credit and gift cards. Establishes, edits and performs account maintenance as needed and/or requested. Reviews various card reports as needed/requested. Assists with record retention. Sorts and reviews incoming and returned mail. General office duties.
Member Service: Answers incoming calls regarding credit and debit card accounts. Researches statement requests from members and internal customers. Identifies and researches misapplied payments. Responds to basic member and internal customer inquiries.
Monetary Accounting: Completes balances and transmits cash advance requests. Initiates monetary adjustments on member accounts.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school graduate (college preferred) and one to two years experience in customer service; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Previous financial institution experience preferred
