Description
The incumbent in this position strategically leads and directs long-term goals, policies and procedures for the Credit Union’s information technology department. Proactively determines short and long term systems needs and hardware acquisitions to accomplish the business objectives. Position stays attuned to emerging technology advances and alternatives, industry trends and issues and assesses and provides expert knowledge and recommendations to the Credit Union’s Executive Team.

Requirements

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent of 10 plus years of Technical/Management experience in the Technology field managing multiple requirements; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Effective organizational skills and budget planning.

Sound and proven leadership ability and strong relationship skills.
