Description
The successful candidate in this position will serve as the primary partner contact for developing, growing, and retaining Warehouse Lending relationships for the credit union. Responsibility lies primarily in sourcing new Warehouse customers as well as being the credit union’s point-of-contact person for those customers. As the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of Warehouse Lending, work requires mortgage and warehouse market knowledge and a demonstrated ability to develop and grow close relationships with customers as well as with Alliant’s internal partners to ensure customer relationships are maintained. Resources to do the job require reliance on knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures to approve warehouse lines to Mortgage Bankers as customers of the credit union. General supervision is received from the VP Mortgage and Consumer Lending.

Requirements
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent work experience; minimum four to six years experience in a warehouse lending department as a Relationship Manager. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of the risk of lending to Mortgage Bankers. Must have previous experience establishing and maintaining relationships within mortgage industry. Experience in establishing relationships in the banking field and/or financial services preferred. Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills required. Must be proficient Experience working with internal and external cross functional teams. Computer proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite.
