Ed Rogowski joined the Board of Directors of Alliant in 2009 and is Chairperson of the Board. Ed is also Senior Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive (CAE) at Anixter, a leading global distributor of enterprise cabling and security solutions, electrical and electronic wire and cable. Prior to his current position, Ed was the CAE at Hospira, a health care company and at United Airlines where he held various positions in the Finance organization including CAE, as well as other executive positions in financial reporting, international accounting, and other control related positions. Ed is a CPA and began his career at Arthur Andersen in Chicago following graduation from the University of Illinois–Urbana/Champaign.
John R. Gebo is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union. He is also Senior Vice President of Alliances for United Airlines. He is responsible for the company’s global alliance strategy and the relationships with United’s many airline partners.
Prior to his current position, Gebo was United’s Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In that role, he was responsible for United’s business planning and analysis functions, including annual and long-term operating and capital budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and investor relations, as well as the enterprise optimization and continuous improvement groups.
Gebo joined United in 2000, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Director of Revenue Divisions Finance, Managing Director of Corporate Financial Planning, and head of United’s investor relations function.
Prior to joining United, Gebo worked at General Motors Corporation in manufacturing engineering. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Irwin I. Gzesh joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2012 and chairs the Credit Committee. He is a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. Practicing law for over 30 years, his concentration has been in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, finance, and business planning for local, national, and international clients. Irwin has been selected by his professional peers on multiple occasions for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, for many years, Irwin has been identified by the Leading Lawyers Network as a “Leading Lawyer” in a variety of business law practice areas. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Super Lawyer” in a number of diverse business law fields. Irwin received a bachelor’s degree with high honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a juris doctor with high honors from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Dave Mooney is President and CEO of Alliant Credit Union. Dave's 30-year career in financial services includes experience across a range of business lines, markets and functions at leading financial companies. Prior to being appointed to the credit union's top leadership position in May 2003, he held a number of executive level and management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank. Dave serves on the Board of Directors of Credit Union 24, Members Development Company, Operation HOPE, Inc., and NADAP (a workforce development agency), as well as the National Credit Union Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College.
Julian Chu joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2013, and serves on the Asset & Liability Management Committee and the Compensation & Talent Committee. He is currently Director of Advertisers Services for Google, where he also previously led efforts in Sales Operations and Commerce. Prior to joining Google in 2010, Julian held multiple leadership roles in companies including Enova Financial, Discover Financial Services, GE and McKinsey & Company. Julian spent his early career days in financial risk management for Ford Credit and in product engineering for Ford Motor Company. Julian earned an MBA and a Master’s in Aerospace Science from the University of Michigan. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Hong Kong University.
Ted Davidson joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2011. He is Vice President of Procurement for United Airlines, the world’s leading airline. In this role, he is responsible for a diverse group of departments, including procurement for technical operations, airport operations, fuel, information technology, corporate services, onboard services, corporate travel services, as well as procurement systems, supplier diversity and contract development. Prior to this position, Ted was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for United. Prior to joining Continental, he was an attorney with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. in the Business Transactions and Real Estate practice group. Ted received his Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
David Leib joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2012. He is a Managing Director in the Treasury department of United Airlines. In his role, he is responsible for fiduciary oversight for defined contribution and defined benefit assets of more than $15 billion. He also leads the corporate insurance and enterprise risk management groups. David joined United Airlines in 1998 and has held key roles in Finance, Schedule Planning and Corporate Sales. Prior to United, he was a civil engineer and worked for a California water utility and a global consulting engineering firm.
Anne Pease joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2008 and chairs the Compensation & Talent Management Committee. She is the vice president of benefits and an officer for RR Donnelley. Anne's career with RR Donnelley began in 2007 as the director of benefits in the Chicago office. In 2009, Anne moved into the vice president of benefits role. Anne has responsibility for all aspects of benefits for RR Donnelley, including health and welfare and retirement programs, as well as global benefits. Prior to joining RR Donnelley, Anne was a senior benefits consultant with Hewitt Associates and a provider relations analyst for CIGNA HealthCare. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, IL.
Scott Wilson joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2013 and serves on the Supervisory Committee. He is currently Vice President of eCommerce & Merchandising for United Airlines, the world’s leading airline. He is responsible for the strategy, development and management of United’s digital touch points (website, mobile, kiosk, signage, onboard) and the ancillary product portfolio. Prior to his current position, Wilson was the Vice President of eCommerce for United after first joining the company as the Managing Director of eCommerce. Before United, Wilson held various leadership positions in marketing, strategy and digital at companies such as Marriott International, Boston Consulting Group, AOL and American Airlines. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Wilson is also the co-chair of Digital Collective Chicago and a member of Forrester’s eBusiness & Channel Strategy Council.
Earl (Lee) Achord joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2015. He is the North America regional head of Compensation and Benefits for G4S and is responsible for compensation and benefit programs throughout the region as well as HRIS and Talent Management programs. His career with G4S began in 1999 and has held a number of leadership roles in Human Resources. Prior to working at G4S, Lee worked in a variety of HR management roles with companies in a wide range of industries. Lee began his career in the General Mills organization and has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California.
