Part-time Employment and Flexible Schedule

Some of our employment opportunities may be part-time. Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week enjoy the same insurance and 401(k) match benefits provided to full-time employees. In addition to part-time employment, and when and where business conditions allow, Alliant may offer flexible working conditions, such as flexible hours and job sharing arrangements.
