How do I know if my application has been accepted?

If you applied through the Alliant Online Banking system or in person at a branch, you will know automatically if your membership application has been accepted. If you applied through the mail, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of your membership acceptance. Once accepted, you will receive a mailed Welcome Package in 7-10 business days with a variety of important information such as your membership number, Alliant services and benefits, and account documentation for your records.

If your application is incomplete or pending, we will contact you by phone and/or email with additional questions. If your application is denied, we will contact you by mail.
