If I lose my iPhone, what should I do about Apple Pay™?

If your iPhone or iPad is ever lost or stolen, you can go to icloud.com/find and use Find My iPhone to put your device in Lost Mode and suspend Apple Pay™. Please note that the Find My iPhone app must be enabled on your device in order for it to be located with the app. It can be enabled in iCloud settings on your device. We highly recommend that you install and enable the Find My iPhone app. If for some reason you cannot activate Lost Mode in Find My iPhone, please notify Alliant immediately:

  • Call 855-341-4652 for your Apple-Pay–registered Alliant credit card
  • Call 800-328-1935, ext. 2302, for your Apple-Pay–registered Alliant debit card
