Alliant Certified as Great Place to Work for Second Straight Year

Alliant Credit Union has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® for the second straight year. Alliant earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by employees in 276 anonymous surveys, which show that 92 percent of Alliant employees say the Chicago-headquartered credit union is a great workplace.

“This recognition belongs to each and every Alliant employee and the terrific work they do in service of our members,” Alliant CEO Dave Mooney said. “We’re committed to ensuring Alliant remains a great place to work by focusing on our employees’ health, happiness and engagement.”

Alliant’s 2016 Great Place to Work certification led to the credit union’s selection as the No. 69 Best Medium Workplace in the country. Earlier this year, Alliant also won the Gallup Great Workplace Award for the second year in a row.
