Alliant Credit Union Foundation announced a $40,000 grant for Operation HOPE, which promotes financial literacy and economic opportunity nationwide.

David Mooney, Alliant Credit Union CEO and Foundation Chairman, considers HOPE a great fit for funding. "Our Foundation's purpose is to promote economic empowerment and self-sufficiency."

As part of Alliant Credit Union's partnership with HOPE, Alliant employee volunteers teach financial literacy at middle schools in Des Plaines, IL, near the credit union's Chicago Headquarters.
