Alliant Monitoring Reported Visa/MasterCard Breach - Cardholders Protected Against Potential Fraud

March 30, 2012 | Alliant Credit Union

Alliant Credit Union is closely monitoring the recently reported credit card data breach of Visa and MasterCard accounts. While the extent of the breach, and what kind of information was compromised, has not been confirmed, Alliant VISA cardholders are protected against fraudulent purchases with Visa's zero liability fraud protection policy. Alliant and Visa encourage cardholders to regularly monitor all their accounts and to notify their issuing financial institution promptly of any unusual activity. Additional consumer security tips are available at www.VisaSecuritySense.com.

Alliant Credit Union members can contact Alliant with questions or concerns regarding their accounts 24/7 at 800-328-1935.
