Avoid late fees by keeping your account information current.

Have you recently switched financial institutions or changed primary account numbers? If so, be sure to check all of your online payments and update with the new account information.

Late fees can occur if you schedule payments to withdraw automatically or schedule them to withdraw from the wrong account if there are insufficient funds to make the payment.

Keep your primary financial institution account number and routing number of in a safe place for this situation. Memorizing the last few digits of your account number can also be an easy way to verify your payments are being withdrawn from the proper account.
