When the mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack cravings creep up on you, be prepared with a handy drawer full of healthy snacks. Fill your drawer (or cabinet) with snacks like nuts, dried fruit, granola bars and applesauce so you always have a healthy option to reach for. Your diet and your wallet will thank you for this one!
