    it asks if I want to enable touch and I say yes. than it asks for a pin and when I put in a pin it takes me to the site and doesn't ask for my imprint.

    Logging in to the mobile app now takes forever. The finger touch never works, keeps asking to create a 6 number password that I already setup. Wish i could go back to the simple log in system!

    New app takes along time to load. I tried the deposit a check and had problems with the picture of the check and got timed out. Had to log back into app. Finally made deposit thru old app. Once and done.

    It's an OK app

    It's a bit confusing to find what I want.. I used to make deposits with my cell phone all the time but now it's not working anymore.. Upsetting, as there's not a convenient branch for me to go in person. If the app does not do the job, I can't get things done!

    Needs an upgrade

    The interest rate at Alliant makes it a great choice to build personal capital, but it's online and especially mobile interfaces are lacking and show how Alliant is not at the level of the 'big banks.' You can't transfer money or set up recurring transfers to your own accounts from the mobile app. This is a major disappointment! Alliant - think about how much more money you could have if folks could more easily transfer funds!

    Extremely poor and confusing website and phone system! The site does NOT recognize any of my numbers; the phone menu is nothing more than a loop nightmare; there is no on to talk to (the site says 24/7). Time to go shopping for another CU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bill pay feature glitch

    Using Apple iOS 8.3, iPhone 5c when I try to pay a bill using Mobile App, my list of payees will not populate. This has never worked. Otherwise app is great for a Credit Union. To compare a credit union to the big banks is like an Emirates 777 to a Dutch Fokker. (I prefer the little Fokkers.) thank you and keep up the great work!
