I like the overall concept of the app. But, I have experienced many times problems taking a snapshot of the check's backside, getting messages about over cropping, etc. Also, messages on the front that state signature cannot be read and it is there in a perfect snapshot. It can be very frustrating.
I tried to install it on android. " Not available in your country" I am teaching in Saudi Arabia. Now what? The old app will expire. So how can I do my banking? I sent an email asking for assistance about 3 months with zilch reply. Nice!
It would appear that I will need to give up Alliant as they are not able to assist.
There are other credit unions out there quite willing to help.
Just joined Alliant a few weeks ago and have been using the app since. I see that some users aren't too fond of the changes, but as someone who has just begun using this app for the first time, I love it. The look is clean and simple. The aesthetic appeal alone means a lot to me, as I've tried other banking apps from other institutions that didn't have the same beauty+function. I have it installed on both my iPad mini and Samsung Galaxy S5, and the app works beautifully on both. I've tried depositing a check, transferring money, and sending a secure message, and each feature worked really well. Planning to try paying bills next, but so far, so good!
don't like it at all...had to deleted it ..GARBAGE
I use an update to date iPhone. Sometimes the app remembers my user name, sometimes not. I can't get it to use my thumbprint, even after reinstalling and many attempts. I hate the way my transactions are listed. Having them by date & month was much better. I have to scroll way too much to find a transaction. Your app developer sold you a bad app.
The new and" improved"app does not even open. I'm bummed out because now I can't get the old one back.
First it took forever to download,and then it does not open.
Please fix it
it asks if I want to enable touch and I say yes. than it asks for a pin and when I put in a pin it takes me to the site and doesn't ask for my imprint.
Logging in to the mobile app now takes forever. The finger touch never works, keeps asking to create a 6 number password that I already setup. Wish i could go back to the simple log in system!
New app takes along time to load. I tried the deposit a check and had problems with the picture of the check and got timed out. Had to log back into app. Finally made deposit thru old app. Once and done.
