Lucky Supermarkets of Northern California & Northern Nevada Announces Credit/Debit Card Compromise -

As of December 7, 2011, Lucky Supermarkets has confirmed that 24 of their northern California Bay Area Lucky supermarket locations' self-checkout terminals were compromised, see list of locations below. Alliant implemented special fraud prevention strategies in response to the Lucky Supermarket security breach.

However, if you used your Alliant credit/debit card at any of these locations at the self-check lanes during November, we also encourage you to take precautionary measures such as checking your accounts for unauthorized transactions. Additional security measures you may also want to consider include changing your card's Personal Identification Number (PIN) and/or setting up automated notifications anytime your Alliant Debit Card is used. Both services are available to you free of charge through Alliant Online Banking. If you believe your Alliant card was used without your authorization, you should contact us immediately at 800-328-1935 (24/7).
