Yes, your Alliant Visa debit card can be used internationally, and Alliant reimburses up to $20 monthly for out-of-network ATM fees, including abroad. But keep in mind that all international purchases and ATM withdrawals will incur an International Service Assessment fee (ISA) of 1%, referenced as the foreign transaction fee on account statements. The ISA fee will be assessed on all transactions where the merchant country differs from the country of the card issuer, even if the transaction was initiated in the United States. The $20 ATM rebate does not apply to the ISA fee.
