How do I dispute a transaction?

We understand that unexpected issues may arise, and we’re here to guide you through the process of disputing a transaction. Follow the steps below using our online banking website (not available in the mobile app) to dispute an ATM, Debit or VISA transaction:
 

ATM Transaction

1. In your web browser, log in to online banking.
2. Click on My Profile & Settings from the top menu.
3. Select ATM/Debit Card Services.
4. Click on Dispute Transactions and a list of transactions will appear.
5. Select the transaction you are disputing. If you do not see your transaction, click the Not seeing a transaction? link above the transaction list and follow the prompts.
 

Debit Card

1. In your web browser, log in to online banking.
2. Click My Profile & Settings from the top menu.
3. Select ATM & Debit Card Services.
4. Click Dispute Transactions and follow the prompts.
 

VISA Credit Card

1. In your web browser, log in to online banking.
2. Select the credit card account from the left-side menu.
3. Click Manage Account.
4. Select Dispute Transaction and follow the prompts.
