If you believe that something we reported contains an error, you can dispute the reported information. To file a dispute of Alliant information on your credit report: Send us a letter with all of the following information: Your full name and address A clear copy of a government-issued identification Your Alliant member number. The full 14-digit account number related to the reported item. Inquiry date if you have submitted a transaction inquiry via Alliant online banking. The specific information that is in dispute, including an explanation of the basis for the dispute and all supporting documentation or other information to substantiate the basis of the dispute.
