How do I set up recurring payments or autopay for my Alliant loan?

Ensure your loan is always paid on time by setting up recurring payments. Here’s how to do it.

Note: If you previously set up recurring payments using a paper form, during the loan application process, through DocuSign, or over the phone with a care center agent, you must cancel those arrangements to set up autopay in Alliant Online Banking.

Cancel or modify recurring payments

Via Alliant Online Banking 

1. Select your loan on the left-hand side, then click "Make a Payment." 

2. On the "Make a Payment" page, select the account from which the payment will be made.

3. Click "Easy Pay" to schedule automatic, recurring payments to your loan. 

4. Verify that the information is correct and click "Submit Payment."

Via DocuSign (ACH Authorization) 

You’ll need your 14-digit loan account number, which can be found in Alliant Online Banking, the Alliant Mobile App, on the first page of your Welcome Letter, or by calling Alliant. 

1. Complete the Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Loan Payment (ACH Debit) form. 

2. Ensure all required fields are completed before submitting. Please allow up to 3 business days for the auto setup to take effect. If your payment due date falls within this period, please make a one-time payment to avoid complications.
