What should I do if I get a real-time fraud text alert for a transaction with my Alliant Visa card

If you’ve opted in to receive real-time fraud text alerts, when our fraud monitoring systems detect a suspicious transaction, you’ll receive a two-sentence text that states the merchant and amount of the transaction, then gives you instructions:

• Reply YES to authorize the transaction
• Reply NO to decline the transaction
• Reply STOP to opt out of future fraud alerts
