Why doesn’t my Convenience Card work anymore? Late in 2019, all Alliant Convenience Cards were shut down. Members whose cards were in active use were issued new Alliant Savings ATM cards. If you did not receive a Savings ATM card and now need to access your Alliant Savings account via ATM, you can request a new card one of three ways: In online banking, click on "Savings Account S01" on the main account dashboard screen, then click "Manage Card" and "Request New Card." In the Alliant mobile banking app, click into "Savings Account (S01)" on the main account dashboard, then click the "Account Info" tab and "Request a Card."
