Why won’t you accept a PDF file of my identity information by email?

Protecting your identity and providing a secure home for your financial resources are of utmost concern for Alliant. We use verification methods with proven reliability, and have strict security standards.

Currently, it is common practice in the financial services industry to only accept identity documentation by fax, mail or in person. As a last resort, Alliant will generate a secure encrypted email to which a member can reply with identification.

For loan processing, we use DocuSign®, an electronic signature technology and digital transaction management services software that facilitates electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents.
