Will my card be locked if I don’t respond to a fraud text alert?

If you ignore an Alliant fraud alert and never approve or deny the transaction, your card may be blocked from making any further transactions.

If your card has been blocked in error:

  • To unblock a blocked credit card, call the number on the back of your card.
  • To unblock a blocked debit card, call Alliant at 800-328-1935.
