Ed Rogowski joined the Board of Directors of Alliant in 2009 and is Chairperson of the Board. Ed is also Senior Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive (CAE) at Anixter, a leading global distributor of enterprise cabling and security solutions, electrical and electronic wire and cable. Prior to his current position, Ed was the CAE at Hospira, a health care company and at United Airlines where he held various positions in the Finance organization including CAE, as well as other executive positions in financial reporting, international accounting, and other control related positions. Ed is a CPA and began his career at Arthur Andersen in Chicago following graduation from the University of Illinois–Urbana/Champaign.
Earl (Lee) Achord joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2015. He is the North America regional head of Compensation and Benefits for G4S and is responsible for compensation and benefit programs throughout the region as well as HRIS and Talent Management programs. His career with G4S began in 1999 and has held a number of leadership roles in Human Resources. Prior to working at G4S, Lee worked in a variety of HR management roles with companies in a wide range of industries. Lee began his career in the General Mills organization and has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California.
Irwin I. Gzesh joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2012 and chairs the Credit Committee. He is a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. Practicing law for over 30 years, his concentration has been in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, finance, and business planning for local, national, and international clients. Irwin has been selected by his professional peers on multiple occasions for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, for many years, Irwin has been identified by the Leading Lawyers Network as a “Leading Lawyer” in a variety of business law practice areas. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Super Lawyer” in a number of diverse business law fields. Irwin received a bachelor’s degree with high honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a juris doctor with high honors from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Dave Mooney is President and CEO of Alliant Credit Union. Dave's 30-year career in financial services includes experience across a range of business lines, markets and functions at leading financial companies. Prior to being appointed to the credit union's top leadership position in May 2003, he held a number of executive level and management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank. Dave serves on the Board of Directors of Credit Union 24, Members Development Company, Operation HOPE, Inc., and NADAP (a workforce development agency), as well as the National Credit Union Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College.
Julian Chu joined Alliant’s Board of Directors in 2013 and serves on the Asset & Liability and the Compensation & Talent Management Committees. He is currently Director of People Operations at Google, where he previously led technical services, efforts in digital commerce and sales operations. Prior to joining Google in 2010, Julian held multiple leadership roles in companies, including Enova Financial, Discover Financial Services, GE and McKinsey & Company. Julian spent his early career in financial risk management. Julian earned an MBA and a Master’s degree in aerospace science from the University of Michigan, and he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in physics from Hong Kong University.
Ted Davidson joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2011. He is Vice President of Procurement for United Airlines, the world’s leading airline. In this role, he is responsible for a diverse group of departments, including procurement for technical operations, airport operations, fuel, information technology, corporate services, onboard services, corporate travel services, as well as procurement systems, supplier diversity and contract development. Prior to this position, Ted was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for United. Prior to joining Continental, he was an attorney with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. in the Business Transactions and Real Estate practice group. Ted received his Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
David Leib joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2012.
In 2017, he retired from a career at United Airlines where he was most recently a Managing Director in the Treasury department. In that role, he was responsible for the fiduciary oversight of more than $15 billion of retirement plan assets. Prior to United, he was a civil engineer and worked for a California water utility and a global consulting engineering firm.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rice University and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and Northwestern University.
He also serves as a Trustee for the IAM National Pension Fund, one of the largest multi-employer pension funds in the U.S.
Anne is a Principal in the Health & Benefits business in Mercer’s Chicago office and brings over 23 years of experience in the health care industry. Anne specializes in leading engagements with large and jumbo clients. She focuses her work with clients in these areas: health care strategy development, program design and pricing strategies, health care vendor management and selection approaches, assessing impact of health care reform on clients and helping develop compliance strategies, and developing various consumer-driven designs and other innovative approaches to plan cost management, including network and health management strategies. Prior to joining Mercer, Anne spent two years with Cigna National Accounts, 10 years as the Vice President of Benefits at RR Donnelley, 10 years at Aon Hewitt in benefits consulting, and two years at Cigna in Provider Relations. Anne has a BS from Truman University where she graduated with honors.
Farhan Siddiqi is the Chief Digital Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for Ahold Delhaize. He is responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across the company’s local brands, focusing on eCommerce, loyalty, data analytics and personalization.
Before joining Ahold Delhaize, Siddiqi was the Global Chief Digital Officer at McDonald’s, where he led the chain’s digital transformation. He previously held several key leadership positions within Bank of America, Target and General Electric.
Siddiqi holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
Scott Wilson joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2013 and serves on the Supervisory and Compensation and Talent Management Committees. He is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Great Wolf Lodge, where he is responsible for driving occupancy levels, room rate, and ancillary revenues at the company’s resorts, with direct functional accountability for marketing, sales, revenue management, contact centers, e-commerce, and data and analytics. Prior to this role, he served for seven years as Vice President of eCommerce & Merchandising for United Airlines, where he was responsible for the strategy, development, and management of United’s digital touch points and the ancillary product portfolio. Before United, Wilson held various leadership positions in marketing, strategy, and digital at companies such as Marriott International, Boston Consulting Group, AOL, and American Airlines. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sabrina King joined joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2018, and serves on the Compensation & Talent Management Committee and the Asset & Liability Management Committee. She is Chief Talent Officer for LEARN, a 10-campus college prep K-8 charter school network. Sabrina began her career in financial management as an Analyst with Salomon Brothers in New York. From there Sabrina moved into human capital management as an Associate with Frederic W. Cook & Co. She has over 20 years of expertise in the financial services, transportation, and non-profit sectors. Prior to LEARN, Sabrina was Chief of People Management for the American Dental Association. She holds a master’s in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s in international government from Dartmouth College.
