How do I use the Alliant Mobile App to pay my loan? Follow these step-by-step instructions to easily pay your loan with through the Alliant mobile app: 1. Download the Alliant mobile app Download the Alliant mobile app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. 2. Set up your account Open the app and tap "Enroll" on the bottom left of the homepage. Verify your identity and create your username and password. You may need your 10-digit membership number for this step, which you can find in your welcome packet. 3. Set up payment Once logged in, you will find your new loan listed. Select your loan, then click "Make a Payment." 4. Add an external account OR transfer from your Alliant savings or checking Pay From External Account: Select "Add External Account" and follow the prompts. We recommend that you use the instant option, which will prompt you to connect an external account through our partner, Plaid. Once you add an external account, tap "Next" and follow the prompts to make your payment. Pay From Alliant Savings or Checking: Select the Alliant account you wish to transfer funds from and follow the prompts to enter the amount and date to schedule your payment. 5. Schedule recurring payments (optional) If you’d like to schedule recurring payments, press the toggle switch next to "Recurring" and enter the frequency, start date and duration for your payments.
