Loan account number. To pay via our self-service telephone, call 800-482-5328. You can use this service to pay with an Alliant account or an external account: Alliant account: Say Make a Payment when prompted. Say Yes to using an Alliant account to make a payment and continue with the prompts to complete the payment. External account: To make a payment using an external account, you must have previously set up an external payment source with an Alliant consultant: Say No to using an Alliant account to make a payment. When presented with a list of external accounts to make a loan payment with, say Yes to the one you want. Continue with the prompts to complete the payment. Note: it will not verify if you have the funds in your external account to cover the payment.
