Alert: Holiday package delivery scam emails

December 19, 2014 | Alliant Credit Union

The FTC has issued a warning about a phony email being sent to consumers about a package delivery problem. The email looks like it is from the U.S. Postal Service, but it is a fake. If you click on a link in the email or open the form that is attached to the email, malicious software will be installed on your computer, jeopardizing the safety and security of your personal information.
