At Alliant, giving back is a core part of who we are. And in 2025, as we celebrated our 90th anniversary, our approach powered another year of strong momentum in delivering value to our members and meaningful support to our communities.

This year’s Annual Report highlights how we continued building on the legacy that began in 1935: putting people first, innovating boldly, and ensuring our members and communities thrive.

Putting more money back in members’ pockets

In 2025 we focused on delivering tangible value directly to the people who count on us.

  • We kept our high‑rate savings among the most competitive in the country, helping members earn more on their deposits.
  • We maintained some of the lowest operating expenses in the financial industry—our expense/asset ratio is just 1.27%—which means we reinvest more value back into our members.
  • Our digital enhancements, stronger security measures, and member‑first improvements all worked toward the same goal: making our members’ financial lives easier, faster, and more rewarding.

And the impact was real. Members continued to show their appreciation with an excellent Net Promoter Score of 57, far surpassing the banking industry average of 22.

Delivering faster, better service

Our members’ time matters, and in 2025 we doubled down on improving service speed and quality.

  • Reduced average inquiry resolution time by 43 seconds.
  • 78% of questions resolved in just one interaction.

Those gains freed up more than 440,000 minutes for our members—time better spent on what really matters.

Strengthening financial wellness through innovation

We continued to roll out tools and products that help members stay in control of their financial journeys:

  • Early Payday, giving members faster access to their funds.
  • Contactless cards for added convenience and security.
  • A direct lending platform that served thousands of households and made mortgage borrowing simpler.

With nearly 500,000 members logging in more than 42 million times, it’s clear that our digital‑first approach is creating experiences members trust and rely on every day.

Giving back to communities across the country

Alliant’s impact reaches far beyond financial services. Through the Alliant Credit Union Foundation, we helped drive positive change in the communities where our members and employees live and work.

In 2025, we:

  • Distributed more than $900,000+ in grants to nonprofits.
  • Matched $35,000 in employee donations.
  • Completed 3,600+ volunteer hours.
  • Supported programs like Social Impact Month, scholarships for students, technology access initiatives, and nationwide charitable events.

These efforts reflect our ongoing belief that stronger communities help create stronger financial futures.
