I forgot my Alliant username and password. How can I reset them?

On the Alliant online banking login page, click the blue “Forgot username/password?” link.

• If you forgot your username, click the "Recover Username" button and follow the prompts to confirm your identity and create a new username.
• If you forgot your password or locked your account, click the “Reset Access” button and follow the prompts to confirm your identity and create a new password.
