    Overall, the app is functional and gets work done. It will be nice to have the options of doing transfers. The overall app can be made to look cleaner and quicker, too.

    ATM Locator Not User Friendly

    The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. The ATM finder feature is not user friendly. Search results are presented as a list. The problem is, I have no idea where these loc. are. You have to tap on the loc. first to get a map. Even if the distance is offered in the list, this offers little insight (maybe your heading a different direction, etc). A much simpler and better approach would be to provide search results in a map. This way you simply tap on desired location and your done.

    Mobile Banking deposits

    I have been an Alliant account holder for a number of years with no issuesr, all my banking contacts have been by ATM withdrawals . I tried your Mobile App on m to make a deposit. Although others have written how wonderful your App is I can only assume they don't bank with other entities as I find it behind times. Other institution's app procedures are light years ahead of Alliant. None of them make me wait to learn if my deposit has passed your review. Others I learn immediately.

    I love mobile banking... when it works. It used to work well with my Andriod phone, but not anymore. The app changed, and the picture area is very small. Now, I can almost never get it to work and have resorted to mailing my checks in. Please fix the Android app!

    Mobile deposit app has a glitch. It has happened twice using Android jellybean on two devices. The app accepts the front side of the check. It asks for the back side and and after a some seconds of "processing" it reverts to the menu page without telling the user weather or not the check was accepted. It turns out it is not accepted but one has no way to tell.

    I live in remote New Mexico and have to use ATMs that require a fee in order to access my money. The new system wherein the fee is returned to me has put Alliant on top for me forever! This is the most customer oriented business I have encountered in years.

    Every time I call in to Customer Service, I get just that. The agents are always patient and very well versed in what I need to know. I've been with this Credit Union since 1968 when it was UAL Credit Union. Name may have changed but the quality of employees has not. Thanks for being there for me.
